Payment:
- Orders over $100: Your credit card will be charged 50% of the total prior to work being started. The balance of the total will be charged to your credit card at the completion of work.
- Orders under $100: Your credit card will be charged the total of your order prior to work being started.
Prices listed are for standard installations on approved web hosting servers. If your current web host does not meet the zen cart requirements you may:
- Request a Quote for moving your web site to an approved hosting company.
- Request a refund.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WORK IS REQUESTED
- eSales411 will send you an email requesting the following information:
- Web hosting information
- ftp connection details: host address, username, and password.
- zen cart admin log in details: username and password
- NOTE: We request that you create temporary usernames and passwords to provide to us
- If your hosting company meets the zen cart requirements, the 50% deposit (for orders over $100) or total (for orders under $100) is charged to your credit card.
- Requested work is completed.
- The remaining balance of your order, if any, is charged to your credit card.
LEGAL
eSales411 guarantees work at the completion of the project. We do not guarantee that changes to your web site will be compatible with system wide changes made by your web hosting company. In no event will eSales411 be liable to the client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate the web site.
